Here are the "Gold Medal" special bottles that have been released to commemorate

each Gold Medal Jack Daniel won for his his whiskey over the years!

There has been a total of seven different Gold Medal bottles released:

 

1904 St. Louis World's Fair

1905 Leige, Belgium

1913 Ghent, Belgium

1914 London, England

1915 London, England

1954 Brussells, Belgium

1981 Amsterdam, Netherlands

The 1914 London, England Gold Medal

This Gold Medal Bottle was the fourth in the series to commemorate the Gold Medal

awarded in London England in 1914 and the Bottle was released in October 2000. It was

produced in two different size bottles, a 1lt version for Europe market and the 750ml for

the USA market. (43% Vol and 86 Proof)

 

This is my Euro 1Lt bottle I bought this bottle in South Africa in May 2006

The 1981 Amsterdam, Netherlands Gold Medal

This is the Seventh bottle in the series and honours the 1981 Institut Pour Les Selections De Le Qualite

 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The judges awarded Jack Daniel's the institutions top medal , The

"Grand Gold Medal with Palm Leaves"  This bottle was only released in the 750ml version

 (45% volume 90 Proof)

A friend bought me this bottle on a trip out to the UK from South Africa February 2007
